At the last board meeting, all fees were reviewed including subscriptions, storage fees, green fees &amp; hire fees. Due to the ever increasing operating costs, subscriptions will increase approx by CPI. Member green fees have not increased since 2015 and will raise by $1. Visitor green fees will also raise which was last increased in 2021. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With our electricity costs increasing by 42% in the past 12 months, cart storage fees for electric carts will increase 12% whilst petrol carts will remain at current price. 9 Hole cart price will remain at $25 and 18 hole cart fee will increase to $35 for members, visitors will be $34 \/ $49 respectively. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please see a link below to the full schedule of fees commencing 1st June 2024. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ballinagolfclub.com.au\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/2024-25-Membership-Prices.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.ballinagolfclub.com.au\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/2024-25-Membership-Prices.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As we start preparing for our membership renewals in coming weeks, we would like to ask members to please take a moment to review their current membership and advise of any details they would like to change prior to the club sending out subscription notices in the 1st week of May. This will assist in the speeding up the renewal process. Additionally, if you intend to use your membership club prize account towards your fees, can you please complete the below form so that we can transfer your club prize account across to your subscriptions account. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many would have heard of recent battery fires at golf clubs around the country, which now has a major spotlight on the storage of carts and buggies at clubs and the potential insurance risks. We are currently working with our insurance company in reviewing our policies and will need to adopt a new cart \/ battery storage policy. It has been raised that members carts do not have coverage automatically under the clubs insurance policy when stored onsite and members would either have to have private insurance in place or join a group policy in addition to storage fees. At this stage we are just gathering information and ask for members with carts stored in the sheds to please complete the below form.
