We advise that in accordance with NSW Health Orders, we will be deferring the holding of the AGM until Monday 6 December, 2021, when all members will be eligible to enter the Clubhouse. There may of course be restrictions on numbers as per the previous year. We will be sending out the Annual Report when they come back from the printers.
In the meantime, we advise we have also drafted a new Club Constitution. This reflects the Club’s existing best practices, and complies with, and updates to, the relevant legislations. There will be a notice of Special Resolution which will also be sent shortly for members’ consideration and approval at the AGM.
All reports will be sent to member’s as soon as available.
