Members Update – Staff Changes

Dear Members,

Further to last week’s announcement regarding the upcoming retirement of Tony Anderson, I am writing to advise you of additional management changes at the Club.

Trent Webber has tendered his resignation and has now concluded his employment with the Club. Over his five years of service, Trent has contributed in a range of roles including Greenkeeper, Assistant Superintendent, and most recently Superintendent. We thank Trent sincerely for his efforts and commitment during his time with us, and we wish him well for the future.

We will also be farewelling Britt Annear, who will depart the Club in mid‑April to pursue her travel ambitions. Britt has been a valued team member for six years, progressing from a casual bar attendant to Bar Manager. We thank Britt for her dedication, professionalism, and the energy she has brought to the Club throughout her tenure.

While these changes are significant, I want to make a clear and firm commitment to all members: the Board and I are focused on building a strong, high-performing team aligned with the long-term strategic direction of the Club. Elevated service delivery and meeting—indeed exceeding—member expectations will be central qualities sought in all current vacancies of Bar Manager, Mechanic, and Superintendent.

These transitions also present an important opportunity to reshape the Club’s leadership structure, ensuring we are well positioned for future growth, operational excellence, and the continued enhancement of the member experience.
