
1. Booking Procedure
Social golf groups must follow the process below to secure a booking:
- All dates, tee times, and group sizes must be confirmed with the Golf Operations Manager prior to submitting a booking form.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received in full.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
To ensure fairness and operational integrity, the following cancellation terms apply:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled booking date will incur a 25% cancellation fee. The remaining 75% will be refunded.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled booking date are non-refundable.
- No-shows or partial attendance on the day will not be eligible for any refund or credit.
- In the event of course closure due to extreme weather or operational issues, the club will offer to reschedule the booking or provide a credit valid for 12 months. Refunds will only be issued if the club initiates the cancellation.
3. Amendments to Bookings
- Requests to change group size or tee times must be made at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
- Reductions in group size or cart hire within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for partial refunds.
4. General Conditions
- All players must comply with the club’s dress code, pace of play expectations, and course etiquette.
- The club reserves the right to refuse bookings or remove players from the course for breach of conduct or policy.
