
As we enter the next major phase of our course redevelopment, we are pleased to announce key leadership appointments that will guide the successful delivery of Construction Period 2, beginning 28 July 2025.
Strategic Appointments
To ensure a seamless and efficient construction process, we have formalised the following leadership roles:
- Trent Webber our Course Superintendent will lead construction, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction program, including the rebuilding of the 1st and 14th greens and the critical grow-in phase for the new TifEagle greens. Trent will manage contractor coordination, compliance, and project reporting, ensuring the works are delivered to the highest standard and on budget.
- Isaac will step into the role of Acting Course Manager, leading the day-to-day maintenance operations of the golf course. Isaac will oversee the greenkeeping team and ensure the course remains in excellent condition throughout the construction period.
These appointments reflect our commitment to maintaining operational excellence while delivering on our long-term course development vision.
Oversight & Governance
This phase will be supported by a clear organisational structure, including:
- Course Development Committee – providing strategic oversight and approving key project decisions.
- General Manager – acting as the executive liaison between the Committee, board of Directors and operational teams.
- Troon Golf – continuing to provide agronomic consultancy and technical support.
