Further clarification about the process in which prizes will expire if not used within 12 months.
Please note the following for expiry of Club Prize Credit, Pro Shop Dollars and Ball Credits:
- Any unclaimed prize won prior to May 31st 2023, will be expired on May 31st 2024.
- Prizes won in the month of June 2023 will expire on 30 June 2024, if not spent prior.
- Prizes won in the month of July 2023 will expire on 31 July 2024, if not spent prior.
- Prizes won in the month of August 2023 will expire on 31 August 2024, if not spent prior.
- Prizes won in the month of September 2023 will expire on 30 September 2024, if not spent prior.
- Prizes won in the month of October 2023 will expire on 31 October 2024, if not spent prior.
- Prizes won in the month of November 2023 will expire on 30 November 2024, if not spent prior.
- Prizes won in the month of December 2023 will expire on 31 December 2024, if not spent prior.
- Thereon in, prize credits won will have a rolling 12 month expiry from the day of winning, if not spent prior.
You can check your account balance by logging into your member portal and selecting My Information or through the golf club app under My Accounts.
