The transition to a new business model will normally have some degree of teething problems. It is our job to minimise the disruption.
As the Club enters into self-management of the pro shop services, members are reassured that all regular services will be up and running as soon as practicable.
The stock supply issues (COVID related) that have affected the pro shop for some time still remain to some degree, but all required products have been ordered weeks ago and will arrive in a rolling fashion over the next month.
Golf tuition lessons will be on hold for a brief time, but it is anticipated they will resume within the month and delivered with expertise from our fully qualified and accredited PGA professional Brenton Parrish. Please feel free to have initial conversations with Brenton about your coaching needs.
We are anticipating the stock arrival of range balls and equipment at the end of this week and envisage only a minimal disruption to range activities.
Fitting days are being arranged with golf club manufacturers and members will be informed of the dates as soon as they become available.
All prizes won by members will soon be able to be viewed on their member’s profile. Members will have the ability to see exactly where they have accumulated prizes and golf balls and view the dates that prizes are redeemed. We are excited to be able to offer this level of clarity for our members in relation to their prize activities.
The transition back to normality can take a little time but members will benefit from these changes. Members are thanked for their patience through the transitional period and we look forward to offering you the best service and products available in the near future.
