Members are hereby notified that the 38^th Annual General Meeting of the Ballina Golf & Sports Club Limited will be held in the Clubhouse, Jameson Avenue, East Ballina, NSW on

 Monday, 20^th September 2010 at 7.00pm.

 BUSINESS 

 1. To receive and confirm the Minutes of the 37^th Annual General Meeting held on the 6^th October 2009;

 2. To receive and consider the Annual Report of the Ballina Golf & Sports Club for the year ended 31^st May 2010, including the Chairman’s Report;

 3. To receive and consider the Financial Statements for the year ended 31^st May 2010, together with the reports of the Directors and Auditors;

 4. To declare the results of the Election of Office Bearers;

 5. Any business of which due notice has been given;

 6. To approve the Chairman’s Allowance;

 7. To approve the allotted Car Parking; and

 8. Any business approved by the meeting.

 Questions relating to the Financial Statements should be directed to the Chief Executive Officer prior to the Annual General Meeting.

The Ballina Golf and Sports Club is proud to announce that the East Ballina Family Restaurant is now open.

The Restaurant will offer a wide variety of Chinese Cuisine and some Contemporary Cuisine as well.

Specials are as follows:=

Tuesday: Smorgasbord and Texas Hold’em Poker

Smorgasbord: Members $9.90  Non Members $12.90.  Children 4-12 $1 per year of age.

Texas Hold Em Poker from 6pm $11 to play with great cash prizes

Wednesday: Thai and Malaysian Night

Entree or soup $6.00, Main Course $13.80 (Includes Beef, Chicken, King Prawns or Fish Dishes) Menu is changed monthly.

Thursday: Fame Trivia + Fame Meal Deal

Trivia – free entry and is played from 7pm to 9pm. Great Prizes and Cash.

Dinner: $9.90. Choices of meals from Restaurant + rice + spring roll.

Friday: – Live entertainment + raffles + trivia + Members Draws + $50 Cash Register = Night of Fun
