How to Become a Member of the Ballina Golf and Sports Club:

Print and return completed form or simply pick up an application form at the Ballina Golf and Sports Club Office. (For Social Membership - a white form, if for a Golfing Membership - a green form).
- Fill out the form.You will need a proposer and seconder by current members of the Club (if you do not know any members, please talk to the office).
- You will need to sign the front and back of the form.
- Show your Drivers Licence or some form of ID if you do not have a Licence.
- Pay the nominated Fee (currently $5.00 for Social) and (6 Monthly Pro-Rata rates apply to all Golf Memberships).
After completing the points above, new members will receive a temporary membership card until their application has been approved by the Board at which time they will then be mailed out a Ballina Golf Club Membership Card with a Gift Certificate of Vouchers.
Membership Renewal for Golfing Members will be at the 1st June 2008 where full rates will apply again.
